Good to know before you apply

Have your registration certificate, trading licence and a few photos of your premises to hand. You can add documents later; your application is saved as you go.

What will I need to apply?
Your business details, the person applying, your premises, what you offer, and your business documents. We only ask for documents that apply to your kind of business, and explain each one as you go.
Why does Benjily visit my business?
Once we’ve reviewed your application and documents, our partnership team contacts you to arrange a convenient visit to your premises. It’s a chance to get to know your operations and complete our partner verification. We always agree the time with you first.
Do customers see my business?
Customers buy from Benjily and see Benjily’s price; Benjily delivers and looks after them. If you have your own brand, you can choose to have it considered for Featured Brands, where customers see your brand and its products.
How am I paid?
Benjily pays you for each delivered order in regular settlements, on terms agreed with you before you start selling.
Who sees my documents?
Only Benjily’s partnership team. Documents are stored privately, every view is recorded, and they are used only to verify your business and run our partnership with you.
Is approval or a level of sales guaranteed?
No. Every application is reviewed on its merits, and sales depend on customers. What we promise is a fair review and real effort to present and promote what you offer.
